Why don't we post what we all are paying for things on line.? It would be great to know what things cost for goods and services in the area. I contact list for other owners and businesses would help in case of bad weather and other problems. I would also like to know if we can start a HOA or something like it and manage the place as owners. Common areas and group trash,security, cleaning,landscaping, and rules?
